1. What we collect

We never ask for your Kimi password, verification codes or recovery codes, and we do not collect personal data beyond what the transaction requires.

• Checkout email — used to send order updates and delivery information.
• Order number and payment status — used to track orders, process refunds and prevent duplicate delivery.
• Messages you send to support — used to answer your request.

2. Payment data

Card payments are processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout page. We receive the payment result and a limited set of billing details from Stripe so we can match your payment to your order; we never see or store your full card number.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep sessions working, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. Analytics identifiers are not used to build advertising profiles.

4. Retention and sharing

Order records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting and fraud prevention. We share data only with processors that make the service work — Stripe for payments, our email provider for order notifications, and our hosting provider.

5. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your order data by emailing support@getgpt.homes from the checkout address. Legal retention obligations may limit deletions.
