Terms of Service

1. What this service is

Kimi K3 Price is an independent third-party storefront that sells Kimi membership top-ups. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by Moonshot AI, and we do not operate the Kimi app or account system.

We only sell the top-up and provide delivery support. We never ask for your Kimi password, verification codes or recovery codes; the membership is applied to the account you own.

2. Products and pricing

Product names, prices and delivery methods are shown on the product pages. Prices are charged in US dollars and payment is processed by Stripe; the checkout page shows the final amount, currency and available payment methods.

If a price changes, orders that have already been paid are unaffected. Unpaid orders may be regenerated at the current price.

3. Delivery

• In-stock orders are delivered automatically, usually within minutes of payment.
• Out-of-stock orders enter a restock queue and are delivered in payment order.
• Delivery contents are shown on the order page and protected by the order number plus the checkout email.
• You are responsible for redeeming the code on the correct Kimi account and for keeping it confidential.

4. Refunds

Undelivered orders, or orders that still fail after you follow the published instructions, are handled under the refund rules shown on the order page. Delivered codes cannot be refunded because you changed your mind or redeemed them on the wrong account.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

5. Acceptable use and liability

You agree not to use the service for fraud, resale of stolen payment instruments, or any activity that violates Kimi's own terms. We may cancel orders that fail risk checks.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the service or applicable rules change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
