Verify your top-up order

Every order can be verified without an account: the order number plus the checkout email unlock its status and delivery contents.

1. 1Save the order number shown after payment and the email you used at checkout.
2. 2Open the order lookup page and enter both values — they must match exactly.
3. 3Read the status: paid and awaiting stock, paid and delivered, or payment pending.
4. 4If the code is shown but does not work on your Kimi account, email support from the checkout address.
